Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless faulty.

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
