3. Medical & Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

Although our formulas are designed with carefully selected ingredients, individual reactions may occur.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for checking ingredient lists before use
A patch test is recommended 24 hours before first application
Products should not be used on broken, irritated or infected skin
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary

We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities or misuse of products.

4. How To Use

Products must be used only as directed.

Misuse of products voids any liability on our part.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Limit quantities purchased
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or resale activity

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within [1–3 working days].

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal services
Customs
Weather conditions
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional postage charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

The packaging
The damaged item
Your order details

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless faulty.

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once goods have been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.

10. Faulty Items

A description of the issue
Supporting photographs where possible

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elliegance shall not be liable for:

Delays outside our control
